Returns Guidance

Return options will depend on the product, selling platform and condition of the item. Website checkout terms will be finalised before launch.

If an order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact SpammKing TCG with photos and order details as soon as possible.

If the wrong item is sent, contact SpammKing TCG with the order details so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.

Sealed products should usually remain unopened if a return is being requested. Opened products may need separate review.

Singles and graded cards depend heavily on condition. Product listings should clearly describe condition before purchase.

Email orders@spammkingtcg.co.uk with the product name, order reference and a short explanation.

If an order was placed through eBay, the eBay order process and buyer support flow may also apply.
